You can encounter one type of Moose in the Overworld. Although if you get too close they will run away from the player.

Behavior
Moose will eat grass similar to sheep. They are shy mobs, and will run away from the player if they get to close.
If the Moose is fed Sweet Berries then they will no longer run away from the player, this then allows them to be bred and leashed.

Moose spawn in herds of two to five, and can be found in these biomes:

Breeding
Two adult Moose can be bred with Sweet Berries.
